See the deported guy who murdered his father, stabs his mum in Lagos

A young Bakare Babalola Rotimi jnr, who is probably a drug user, is currently cooling off in police detention for allegedly killing his father and stabbing his mum, who is in critical condition.

24-year-old Rotimi (pictured above) who has lived in Ireland since he was 7, was brought back to Nigeria after he refused to go to school and had delved into a life of drugs.

How could his father ever had imagined that his own son would eventually kill him?

On Sunday 4th of December, Rotimi Jnr finalized plans to kill both parents in their Magodo home. He snuck up on his father who had gone to urinate early that morning, armed with a knife, he commanded his father, Rotimi snr, to lie on his chest before stabbing him on the back.

His mum who heard the noise came to the scene to see what was happening and equally got stabbed. Thinking both parents were dead, he proceeded to cover them with a piece of cloth. The killer then proceeded to have a bath, dressed up, took his fathers phones and ATM cards before heading to a fuel station owned by late Rotimi snr. On getting to the station, he began to harass the manager for money.

He has finally been arrested and transferred to the criminal investigation department (SCID), Panti for further interrogation.

A police source confirmed that the suspect will be charged to court soon. Mrs Rotimi is currently receiving treatment at the Lagos general hospital.

Rotimi Snr has been buried in his hometown in Ila-Orangun, Osun State. He was aged 59.

According to Politics Ng, a family source revealed that Rotimi jnr was having issues with his parents over his refusal to go to school. He is the third of the family's 3 boys. The late Babalola Bakare Rotimi snr owned a petrol station called ''BBR'' situated at palm Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

May the good Lord deliver us from this kind of child.
