Guy Charged For Beating New Girlfriend's 7-Year Son

A man has been charged with child abuse after video of him emerged showing him beating a seven-year-old boy. He hit the kid 62 times with a belt because he allegedly took a phone charger.

27yrs old Kordarell Williams reportedly hit the son of his new lover during the five-minute attack in their neighbourhood in northwest Houston, Texas.

Police tracked down Williams within hours after using the registration plate captured in the video.

Harris County Precinct 1 Constable Alan Rosen said: "He struck this child 62 times, put him in a headlock and knocked him over on numerous occasions with the blows."

He has been charged to court.
