The conference, which is organised by Youth Development Centre and tagged ‘Youth Governance Dialogue’, seeks to revitalize the active participation of young people in governance through peer and youth-adult dialogue.
It is an annual one-day program focused on young people; urging them to contribute to the development of the nation through active participation and as well as celebration of the Nigerian Democracy Day which is held May 29 every year.
Speaking on his selection as host, Samuel Ajibola remarked – “I feel honoured. It is quite fulfilling to be a part of something this impactful to the society. This would be an avenue to veer our wheels towards progress, and I am so glad to be the pilot of the affair.”
