Woman Caught Repackaging Cheap Rice Into Stallion Sacks

"There is a woman just @ the next block who every end of the year buys large quantities of poor quality rice & refills the rice in stallion rice sacks for re-sale.Would have gone to the nearby police station but I'm pretty sure they'd snitch who casted!"

Her act was caught on camera but hasn't been reported to police. So, expect the cheap rice in shops.
