A lady was obviously overwhelmed with joy as she tied the knot to her lovely physically challenged partner in Sapele area of Delta state. The couple simply identified as Mr. and Mrs. Oba, were overjoyed at the wedding ceremony because people never believed that it would happen considering the man’s condition.
